Baby’s Got New Shoes at Culture Initiative’s 3D Showcase

Yesterday Doug and I installed my many-armed rag doll soft-sculpture self portrait, Doll Baby, in a warehouse in Charlotte, NC. She’s there for the upcoming 3D showcase celebrating the Culture Initiative’s 3rd Anniversary. And she has new shoes for this outing, an upgrade from her ratty tennies. I’m jealous, I really wish they fit me, but I think they look great on her.

The showcase is forOne! Night! Only! — December 17th from 7:30 Pm – 1 AM @ 316 Remount Rd., Charlotte NC — So stop by and see Doll Baby and art by 60 of the freshest artists in the Carolinas.
